Storm drainage shafts, mechanical risers, and structural openings above 300mm diameter need hydraulic core drilling equipment. At that diameter, a standard electric motor can't maintain consistent torque and the bit drifts.
Every concrete core drilling job runs the same four stages, residential extension or commercial fitout, 50mm diameter or 500mm. The sequence exists because skipping a step is where structural callbacks and failed inspections come from.

Surface rebar is visible on a scan. Embedded conduit, post-tension strands, and undocumented service runs aren’t visible any other way.
